For every token,

Term count refers to the no. of times the token appears in a particular document
Term frequency (TF) refers to term count divided by the no. of words in a particular document
Document count refers to the no. of documents in which this token appears
Document frequency (DF) refers to document count divided by total no. of documents
Inverse document frequency (IDF) refers to taking the inverse of DF, after which a logarithmic function is applied

Stopwords like is, are and for are removed.
